Quick & Simple Marinated Sirloin Strips

Some nights call for something easy that still feels real quick to make, full of flavor, and satisfying from the first bite. This Marinated Sirloin Strips Recipe does just that.

Combine soy sauce or coconut aminos with minced garlic, olive oil, and black pepper. Add the sirloin strips and let them soak up the flavor for at least an hour. The longer they rest, the deeper the taste.

When it’s time to cook, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear each side of the sirloin strips until browned and tender. Let the sirloin strips rest for a few minutes before serving. Pair with rice, noodles, or fresh vegetables, a simple, honest meal that doesn’t ask for much but delivers every time.
