What's the difference between a bundle and bulk beef?
A bundle is a curated box you can order any time. Bulk beef is a share of an animal, from an eighth to a whole cow, and larger shares offer the best value.
Can I get a box on a schedule?
Yes. The Diamond D Meat Club delivers a box every 1, 2 or 3 months and locks in your price.
How do I get my box?
Pick it up free at the Montgomery Curb Market on Saturdays, or have it shipped frozen within the contiguous U.S. at a flat rate by delivery zone.
Is the beef in each box dry aged?
Yes. Every cut is dry aged up to 28 days, and ground beef and burger patties 21 days.
