Order before Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 26) for arrival before Christmas. Orders placed after Thanksgiving will ship after the holiday rush. Beef ships frozen and packed with dry ice across the contiguous U.S., at a flat rate by zone calculated at checkout.

Local pickup

Choose free pickup at checkout and collect your box at the Montgomery Curb Market, 1004 Madison Ave, Saturdays 9 am to 12 pm. Keep it in the freezer until you're ready to add a bow.

Every cut is grass fed, raised on pasture and finished with free-choice access to non-GMO grain while still on grass. Steaks and roasts are dry aged up to 28 days (ground beef and burger patties, 21 days), then vacuum-sealed and flash frozen, so it keeps 12 to 18 months in a home freezer. No antibiotics, hormones or vaccines, ever.

No. Each gift box is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews and there's nothing to sign up for. We tuck a small card with a QR code inside, so if they love it, they can join the Diamond D Meat Club later.

Can you ship the box straight to the person I'm giving it to?
