Frequently Asked Questions

How long are your cuts dry aged?

Every cut is dry aged up to 28 days. Ground beef and burger patties are dry aged 21 days.

Are your steaks grass fed?

Yes. Our cattle graze pasture their whole lives and, once weaned, have free-choice access to non-GMO grain while still on grass. They're raised without antibiotics, hormones or vaccines.

How is my beef shipped?

Frozen, vacuum-sealed and packed with dry ice in insulated, crush-proof packaging. We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states at a flat rate by delivery zone, shown at checkout.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order free at the Montgomery Curb Market on Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm. See how pickup works.

How long will it keep in the freezer?

Our cuts are vacuum-sealed and flash frozen, so they keep 12 to 18 months in a home freezer.

Why is a cut sold out?

Availability changes with demand and inventory. Meat Club members get priority access to our premium and limited-quantity cuts.
