Do these fajita strips require heavy seasoning or marinating?

No, because our beef is dry-aged for up to 28 days and at least 21 days, the natural richness of the meat is significantly enhanced.

This process ensures the strips are unbelievably tender and full of "savory goodness" that requires only minimal seasoning to deliver a gourmet experience.

How is the beef for the fajita strips raised?

All of our cattle are born and raised on our Alabama ranch and remain under our meticulous care their entire lives. They are grass-fed on open pastures and finished with a non-GMO grain ration to provide the buttery marbling customers love. 

We strictly follow low-stress, holistic methods and never use antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines.

How long will these strips stay fresh in my freezer?

Each 1 lb portion is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at peak freshness, allowing the beef to last between 12 to 18 months in a home freezer without experiencing flavor loss or freezer burn.

These individual cuts are specifically designed to fit easily in a standard freezer drawer, so a large chest freezer is not required.
