Tallow Skincare Products
If our tallow balm isn't what you hoped for, we totally understand. We’re proud of what we make, and we also believe in sharing the goodness with others.
- We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no need to return the item.
- Instead, we ask that you gift your balm to a friend or family member who’s been wanting to try natural skincare.
- Just email us at steward@diamond-d-ranch.net with your order number and a short note about why it didn’t work for you, and we’ll process your refund.
- This helps us cut down on waste and spread the benefits of tallow to someone else who may love it!
Beef Products
We believe our beef speaks for itself — but we also understand trying something new can be a leap.
- On your first beef order, we offer a refund of up to $30 if you’re not satisfied.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and this policy applies to first-time beef orders only.
- We recommend starting with a small box if you're unsure, so you can taste the quality for yourself.
To request a beef refund:
- Reach out within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, what you tried, and a bit of honest feedback
- Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on beef.
