How Is Your Beef Packed for Pickup?
Your beef is dry aged, vacuum-sealed and flash frozen before pickup. We pack your order in brown paper bags, which help keep the meat cool longer than plastic bags. If you're local and heading home within about 45 minutes, your meat should stay frozen for the drive without needing a cooler.
