Ingredients: Ribeye (sliced), onions, mushrooms, beef broth, garlic, butter

Steps: Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Serve as-is or over mashed potatoes.

Side: Mashed potatoes or egg noodles

In the Oven or Stovetop

Cast Iron Ribeye with Cracked Pepper Crust (Stovetop)
Prep: 5 min | Cook: 10 min

Ingredients: Ribeye steak, oil, salt, cracked pepper, garlic powder

Steps: Heat skillet until very hot. Sear steak 4–5 min/side. Rest 5–10 min.

Side: Garlic green beans or mashed cauliflower
