Smoked Beef Short Ribs

Good things take time, and these smoked beef short ribs are proof of this. Seasoned simply with salt, pepper, garlic, and a touch of paprika. They spend hours in gentle smoke until they’re tender enough to yield at the touch of a fork.

As the smoked short ribs cook, the air fills with that deep, wood-fired aroma, honest and earthy. When they’re done, let them rest before slicing. That pause lets the juices settle and the flavor deepen.

Each bite carries the richness of time well spent, slow, steady, and true. The kind of meal that reminds you why patience is always worth it.
