Yes, the we offer individual cuts like sirloin, ribeye, NY strip, filet mignon, skirt steak, flank steak, stew meat, brisket, and organs. Availability fluctuates due to demand and inventory.

Can I order beef and tallow together in one shipment?

Absolutely! You can add tallow to any beef order (allow thawing before use), and it counts toward your free beef shipping threshold. That means:

  • $175 or more, it ships free within our ground network.
  • $275 or more, it ships free nationwide (contiguous U.S.).
