Oven-Braised Brisket

There’s a quiet kind of beauty in slow cooking, the way simple ingredients come together over time to make something rich and comforting.

Start with a quality cut like our Diamond D Ranch Brisket, raised with care and integrity from pasture to plate.

This Oven-Braised Brisket is just that. A good sear, a little broth, a few herbs, and a low oven do all the work.

As the brisket cooks, the flavors deepen, the garlic softens, the rosemary blooms, and the brisket turns tender enough to pull apart with a fork.

When it’s done, let it rest before slicing, and spoon the pan juices over the top. It’s a meal that feels like home - honest, hearty, and full of the kind of goodness that only a truly good brisket and time can bring.
